The Chardonnay vines, planted in an east-west orientation, are grown on a specific plot of sandy loam soil. The vineyard is meticulously managed in response to weather conditions, thanks to the largely manual labor of our team. The grapes thus harvested reach perfect aromatic ripeness, allowing us to produce a wine with character and a pronounced mineral quality.
