There are those who are willing to take on the challenge of surpassing themselves in order to achieve something truly new. This is the case when it comes to the people behind ÔMINA ROMANA, united not only by their passion for wine, but also by their desire to create something that leaves a legacy. First among these is none other than Katharina Börner, owner of our vineyard, who, with the support of the entire Börner family, manages the winegrowing and wine producing business full time.
In Velletri she works side by side with Paula Pacheco, who is in charge of the technical management of the vineyard and the olive grove, the vineyard’s oenologist, Simone Sarnà, and internationally respected oenologist Claudio Gori.
