Open Cellars: our vineyards and the spring air

The long-awaited "Open Cellars" event promoted by the Wine Tourism Movement took place over the weekend of May 27 and 28. Two days of real celebration where we welcomed more than 200 wine enthusiasts in 5 rounds to discover our territory, walk through the vineyard, learn about our winery and barrique cellar and taste 5 of our wines including rosé, white and red.

It was a sunny 2 days of joy and pleasantness. Making Cantine Aperte Ômina Romana more spirited was the photo contest to award a magnificent "MAGNUM of MERLOT 2015" for the best shot of our winery taken by guests.

For the day on Saturday we awarded Pamela Leoni for the shot that captures a beautiful perspective of our vineyards where the precision and strict order of the rows of our vines is felt by the observer. The sea in the distance and the blue sky complete the harmonious whole:

For the day on Sunday we awarded Giuseppe Giuliano for the nice shot where with joyful spirit the wine seems to dance outside the goblet among our vineyards. The female hand holding the goblet harmoniously completes the shot.

We thank all the participants who with commitment and creativity in large numbers participated in our initiative.

These days we are organizing for you our Cellar Party, a combination of good food, good wine and nature. We look forward to seeing you again to experience more emotions at and with Ômina Romana .
