Wine of classic and refined elegance obtained from the cultivation of four clones grown on four soils of different composition and silty-clay gradation. The individual clones are harvested and vinified separately according to their respective ripening times to ensure complexity and polyphenolic richness.

HARVEST:
Manual harvesting of individual clones with selection, destemming and light pressing

VINIFICATION:
48 hours of cold pre-fermentative maceration; controlled temperature stainless steel fermentation; maceration on the skins for 10-15 days

AGING:
12 months in 2nd and 3rd pass French oak barriques with bâtonnage

BOTTLE MATURATION:
At least 12 months

PLANTING DENSITY:
