Sommelier's Profile
COLOR:
Ruby red with a slight garnet reflection, good vibrant and fresh intensity
BOUQUET:
Sweet fresh notes of black cherry, blackberry, cocoa, tobacco, tamarind, slight sweet spiciness
PALATE:
Soft and enveloping, silky tannins, great intensity and long persistence, which links the taste to the ripe fruit of the grapes, which develops spicy notes from the long aging on its lees with bâtonnage, which blend and give fine notes of boisé, almost a pleasant woody note
