We invite you to our big Winery Party!

On Saturday, June 17, we will celebrate summer, good wine and the desire to be together with an exclusive evening at our Cantina. For the occasion we will have with us our friend and starred Chef Heinz Beck who, together with his brigade, will prepare several dishes to pair with Ômina Romana wines!

A 3-star Michelin menu signed by Heinz Beck

  • Crustaceans, peppers and green gazpacho
  • Lemon-scented roasted eggplant with white melon and sumac tomato
  • Whole wheat celery with Caserta pork ragout on underbrush mousse and black truffle crumble
  • Chocopassion
  • Tiramisu

It adds the fourth Michelin star to the chef Lorenzo Montoro of the restaurant Il Flauto di Pan in Villa Cimbrone, Ravello (SA), who will bring a dish called"L'orto pompeiano." "A completely vegetarian dish of old-fashioned leaves, fruits and vegetables with honey, vinegar and anchovy colatura. A real raw salad made from wild herbs, not from conventional agriculture."

In addition to the prestigious starred cuisine, many other culinary offerings:

- True Neapolitan pizza provided on the spot by Master Pizzaioli Marcello Fontana and Gianni Barone.

Gianni Barone and Marcello Fontana are two specialists and brand ambassadors of Molino Signetti located in Calamandrana (Asti). For the occasion, the two Master Pizzaioli will present their contemporary pizza with a crumbly crust and a melt-in-your-mouth soul, made with the highest quality 0 flours, where the germ is heat-treated and micronized, in this regard they speak of prefermented flours with high digestibility. The pizza topping will be very special because of the use of one of the best tomatoes from Naples with pulp and juice that will give an ancestral flavor. The fior di latte will come directly from Vico and Equense (Sorrento Coast) distinguished by its flavor and genuine milk. To complete the pizza will be framed by Gaeta's basil and above all OMINA ROMANA's extra virgin olive oil. 

- Barbecued meats from Chiancheria Gourmet .

Chiancheria Gourmet is a format that has in itself the characteristics of several activities: it is a hamburgheria - steakhouse where you can taste a tasty sandwich or a succulent t-bone; a butcher shop where you can choose fine cuts of meat selected on the road; a delicatessen where you can buy the best of the offerings in the field of wine and food and in, Naples, also, Tartarebar. A couple of dishes such as Chiancamburger nature, veal arrosticino, or Pugliese bombette have been designed for the Cantina Festival.

- The porchetta de l'Antica Norcineria Castelli di Nemi

- Breads from the Sfarinando bakery in Velletri.

All, of course, paired with a selection of Ômina Romana wines.
