Sauvignon Blanc "Aromatic Bouquet"

Grape variety: Sauvignon Blanc, vines approx. 30 years old. Maturation: 9 months in stainless steel on fine lees.

Elderflower, white peach, cassis, menthol and gooseberry are clearly discernible on the nose. A cool, mineral-smoky note characterizes the wine. On the palate, it is taut, dense and juicy, cool & elegant in flow. The acidity carries the wine and plays with its rich body. Long aromatic finish with a delicate melt.
