You may cancel this contract within two weeks without giving any reason. The cancellation period is two weeks from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), took possession of the goods. To exercise your right of cancellation, you must notify our company:

The process begins with a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by mail, fax, or email) regarding your decision to cancel this contract. You may use the attached sample cancellation form for this purpose, though its use is not mandatory. To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send the notice of your intention to exercise your right of cancellation before the cancellation period expires.

Consequences of the revocation

If you cancel the contract, we must refund all payments we have received from you, including shipping costs (regardless of any additional costs incurred because you chose a shipping method other than the cheapest standard shipping option we offer), without delay and no later than two weeks. We will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction for the refund, unless otherwise expressly agreed. Under no circumstances will you incur any costs as a result of this refund.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods or until you have provided proof that you have returned them, whichever occurs first.

You must return or hand over the goods without delay, but no later than two weeks from the day on which you notified us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is considered met if the goods are shipped before the two-week period expires. You are responsible for the costs of returning the goods.

If, due to the nature of the goods, they cannot be returned by regular mail and were delivered directly to your home when the contract was concluded, we will pick up the goods at our expense.

You are only required to reimburse the value of the goods for any depreciation if such depreciation is attributable to handling of the goods that goes beyond what is necessary to assess their quality, characteristics, and functionality.
