Prephylloxera (literally: before-the-phylloxera)

Grape variety: Tocai Friulano, ungrafted, vines approx. 110 years old  - Aged 12 months in barrique, 20% new, an additional 9 months on fine lees.

Nutty-floral nose with notes of peach, rose petals, lime blossom, hawthorn, a hint of marzipan. Very dense with a full, soft body, elegant drinkability. Great aromatic correspondence & length with a fine acidity and light tannins on the finish.
