The rows of Chardonnay vines, arranged from east to west, grow on a specific area that has a sandy loam soil. The management of the vineyard is performed scrupulously according to climatic trends thanks to the mainly manual work of our team. In this way the grapes reach the perfect level of aromatic maturity and allow the production of a characterful wine, with a strong mineral component.
